Are my Credit Card details Safe?

Using your credit card with InterPetal is completely safe We use a real time credit card processing system provided by SecureTrading.You simply enter your personal details on our own server before hyperlinking to Securetrading servers where you enter your credit card details in complete confidence, using secure socket layers (SSL) that encrypt your details for transmission over the Internet.

We do not handle or get to see your Credit Card number at anytime throughout the order process. This provides all our customers with the ultimate in safe, secure online ordering.

Can I order over the telephone?

Our opening hours are 10am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday. Please note there are times when we may be too busy to take your call so leave us a message and we will get back to you ASAP

Can you deliver Worldwide?

Yes, to over 200 countries, We so far have sent our rose petals to the USA, Malaysia, Australia, throughout Europe and even Russia.

How do I know you have got my order?

When your order is placed online and your credit card accepted you will see a confirmation screen. You will then be sent an email confirming your order. Should you not receive this email please contact us.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by simply replying to our automated confirmation email or sending an email to Sales@InterPetal.com stating your desire to cancel. Please note all orders taken online charge your credit/debit card at the time of ordering, any refunds will be charged back within seven days of cancellation minus a 7.5% fee to cover our credit card charges and costs. We regret we cannot amend or cancel orders within 24 hours of despatch.

Can I pre-order weeks or months in advance?

We will accept orders up to 12 months in advance. In fact we encourage you to order in advance to allow us enough time to plan how we load our freeze drying machines.

What if I want my rose petals delivered the very next day?

It is possible within the UK if we have your particular petal in stock but you must contact us first to arrange this.

What is Freeze Drying?

The development of floral freeze drying is the culmination of centuries of personal and scientific effort by people everywhere to improve floral preservation techniques. The process involves the use of a deep vacuum, at pressures only found in outer space. Under these conditions ice will boil at very low temperatures, or sublime, and go directly from ice to water vapour. This environment is re-created around frozen flowers, which allows the moisture (which is now frozen as ice) to be evaporated directly to vapour, minimising shrinkage and discolouration involved in air dehydration of water from flowers. Are Freeze Dried Petals biodegradable?

As a flower, roses will break down and biodegrade. Because our petals come to you already freeze dried, the process is even faster, with the added bonus of looking pretty in the process. Exact times will depend on weather conditions and the number of people at the wedding who tread on it and begin the process.

Have the petals been dyed or coloured in any way?

Not at all, except for the blue and happy roses that come to us dyed before we freeze dry them.

Can I use to decorate food?

For our rose petals this is okay, however if you're decorating food with our rose heads we recommend you remove the outermost petals.

Will the vicars/registrars/hotels etc allow petals?

All of our petals are perfect for church officials and hoteliers alike as thay're are of course naturally stunning and of course bio degradable outside.As an added bonus they are also easy to vacuum up inside after the event. If in doubt order one of our samples and show them. If for any reason they do not allow you to use petals as decoration we would consider changing venue as they are obviously not on your side.

Has any of our petals been perfumed?

Some rose petals keep a slight perfume, but on a rose head it is the area at the base of the bud that creates the perfume, which is sadly removed during the petal making process. So no is the answer however we know of many a customer who has given our petals a quick spray of theur favourite perfume to great effect.

What about fresh rose petals instead of using freeze dried?

If you prefer fresh rose petals instead of freeze dried, it is of course perfecty ok. The only thing to keep in mind is fresh petals need to be ordered to arrive on or just before the big day and placed in a fridge until required.
